**Upgrade Fees for MultiCharts and MCFX Pro:  Whenever TsSupport releases a new version of their MultiCharts or MCFX platform, all proprietary studies such as our Alchemy indicators and strategies do not automatically convert and our customers have to order an upgrade specifically for each new release.  The conversion fee for all Trading Alchemy Indicators and Entry/Exit Strategies is a $25.00 minimum charge or 10% of our current price, whichever is higher.  The conversion fee for all Trading Alchemy Complete Strategies is a $50.00 minimum charge or 10% of our current price, whichever is higher.

***MultiCharts and MCFX Pro user ID licenses for additional computers:  TsSupport assigns a separate user ID for each computer, therefore, please make sure to list the user ID's of all your computers at the time of purchase.  With multiple user ID's listed, we do need verification of authenticity for all listed user ID's in form of a screen shot that shows your name and User ID as shown from your platform under Help > About...  If we do not receive this verification at the time of purchase, we will license your Alchemy software to the first user ID listed.  For new user ID inquiries after the initial purchase, we do have to charge a processing fee and this processing fee for all Trading Alchemy Indicators and Entry/Exit Strategies is a $25.00 minimum charge or 10% of the current purchase price, whichever is higher.  The processing fee for all Trading Alchemy Complete Strategies is a $50.00 minimum charge or 10% of the current purchase price, whichever is higher.  This processing fee is based on a per inquiry basis.

Return Policy The return fee for all Trading Alchemy Indicators and Entry-Exit strategies is a $25.00 minimum charge or 10%, whichever is higher.  The return fee for all Trading Alchemy Complete Strategies is a $50.00 minimum charge or 10%, whichever is higher.  Please allow 1 business day for your refund to be processed.  If you opt to take advantage of our 30 day money back guarantee, your initial version will expire 1 week after the end of your trial period.  If we do not receive a refund request within 30 days of purchase, we will automatically publish and notify you of a download link for the licensed and permanent version of your purchase.  Your licensed version can then be downloaded and re-imported to keep your products active.
