Your platform number is your MultiCharts User Name to be located from your charting platform under Help > About MultiCharts and your user name is listed under Login:  Please make sure to list your user name precisely as listed with spaces and upper or lower cases.

 

**MultiCharts 7 and MultiCharts Intl:

Your platform number is your MultiCharts User ID to be located from your charting platform under Help > About MultiCharts.  Please make sure to list your MultiCharts version under Help > About... **Please read details about upgrade fees. ***Please read details about user ID licenses for additional computers.

 

**MCFX Pro:

Your platform number is your MCFX User ID to be located as follows: Apply the study that is called Custom 1 Line (it is found under the Indicator tab).
